Production on Our New Midline FFG 924 Is Underway!

The setup has gone according to plan and the first customer orders are now being processed on the inline machine. A team from Bobst will remain with us for another five weeks to support our team with fine-tuning.

The Midline FFG 924 produces finished packaging for the highest demands from a single sheet of corrugated board in just one pass. To do this, it consists of several sub-units, each of which takes over part of the production. The corrugated board blanks are automatically fed in via a prefeeder. They then pass through the six printing units, where, in addition to inks and special colors, varnish can also be used for finishing. The printed sheets are creased in the slotter, given their basic shape in the die-cutter, and folded and glued in the folder-gluer. The finished and folded cardboard boxes then run via conveyors to the strapping machine. The finished and strapped cardboard boxes and packaging now run on conveyors for delivery to the customer.

The machine expands our capabilities and will significantly relieve and support production in a 3-shift operation.
