We have been named the "TOP-Ausbildung” program again!
Since the end of January, the Oldenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce has once again ranked Zerhusen Kartonagen among the companies with the best standards for high-quality apprenticeships for the last three years.
The demand for an apprenticeship and the competition for bright minds are getting tougher, so we want to stand out with the "TOP-Ausbildung" seal of the IHK Oldenburg and increase the attractiveness of practical vocational training after graduation.
We are particularly pleased to have gone one step further after 2020. The IHK highlighted our exchange with other companies, so we were successfully recertified.
At the award ceremony, our apprenticeship manager Greta Fiswick explained how important it is for trainees to be able to think outside the box. They should get to know the entire packaging cycle, which also extends beyond our company. During their training, our specialists of tomorrow visit various companies in the industry and some even have the opportunity to go on a two-week exchange internship.
