Apprenticeship Start 2025: 14 New Apprentices Embark on Their Careers
On August 1, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming 14 new apprentices to our company. Their first day was dedicated to settling in: following a group photo, various activities encouraged them to get to know one another, complemented by a guided tour of our facilities.
We place great importance on making the start of vocational training a meaningful experience. The transition from school to professional life is a significant milestone – which is why we aim not only to provide our young talents with specialist knowledge, but also to offer orientation from the very beginning, foster a strong sense of community, and bring our company values to life.
An integral part of this introduction is the induction week, which takes place right at the start of the apprenticeship. Alongside essential training sessions on safety, organization, and training processes, the focus is very much on collaboration. Through joint activities and open exchange, the new apprentices can build trust and quickly find their bearings in their new environment.
In addition, our technical apprentices receive a basic training module during the first weeks, where they gain fundamental knowledge about corrugated board and its production. This provides a solid foundation on which further expertise can be built.
Our new apprentices are starting in a wide range of fields – from production and engineering to commercial professions and dual study programs. From day one, they contribute to shaping a successful future for our company.
