New Module Facer Successfully Put Into Operation
Another important milestone in the modernization of our corrugated board production line, "Vicky," has been achieved: the new Module Facer 2 has been successfully commissioned.
Following delivery and installation by a team of around 15 specialists from our machine manufacturer, BHS Corrugated, the start-up went smoothly and without any technical issues—a testament to the thorough preparation and the precise collaboration of everyone involved.
After the successful commissioning, our own team took over. Employees familiarized themselves with the new equipment and carried out the necessary fine-tuning to ensure stable, efficient, and optimized production.
The final work on the new installation is currently being completed. This includes the installation of the soundproof enclosure and other finishing tasks. During this phase, the "Vicky" corrugated board production line is operating exclusively on the night shift. Once the modernization work is complete, it will return to its regular three-shift operation.
The new Module Facer will significantly expand the production capabilities of the line. With this investment, we continue to advance our manufacturing technology and strengthen our ability to meet our customers' requirements with even greater flexibility and efficiency.
